What's a Woobie?

a premium Heating and Cooling pad, specially designed for long-lasting comfort. Filled with rice and infused with essential oils.

How It Works

Heat Therapy:

  1. Place your Woobie in the microwave for 2 minutes.
  2. Check the temperature by touch to ensure it's comfortable.
  3. If more warmth is desired, continue heating for another 30 seconds.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you've reached your desired temperature.

Cold Therapy:

  1. Place your Woobie in a zip-lock bag.
  2. Put the bagged Woobie into your freezer.
  3. Allow it to freeze for at least 1 hour before use.
